These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of arcadecurio.com and purchases from Arcade Curio. The store is operated by Shanwei Zaoqu Youth Trading Co., Ltd. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding purchase contract in your jurisdiction, or use the store under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

2. Store Services

We sell anime- and gaming-inspired desk decor, artisan keycaps, 3D artwork, figures, and related products. Product availability, features, prices, and store content may be changed without prior notice.

3. Products and Handmade Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and handmade production may cause differences in color or appearance.

Resin and 3D artisan keycaps are handmade to order using designs listed in the store. Minor variations in color, texture, positioning, polish, or other details are inherent to handmade products and do not by themselves constitute defects.

4. Keycap Compatibility

Unless a product page states otherwise, artisan keycaps are primarily designed for cross-shaped MX-style mechanical keyboard switches and generally have a height similar to an SA profile. Customers are responsible for checking their keyboard and switch compatibility before purchasing.

Do not force a keycap onto an incompatible switch. Stop installation and contact us if the product does not fit with gentle pressure.

5. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, or misuse of the store.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

6. Prices and Payment

Store prices and checkout amounts are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, import duties, VAT, brokerage charges, currency-conversion costs, or payment-provider fees imposed by third parties, unless applicable law requires another treatment.

7. Discounts, Pricing Errors, and Promotions

Discounts apply according to their stated conditions and cannot be converted into cash. We may correct accidental pricing, description, inventory, or promotional errors and may cancel an affected order with a refund.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Wholesale and Resale

Wholesale purchasing and resale are permitted unless otherwise agreed for a particular product or order. Resellers act independently and at their own commercial risk. They may not represent themselves as Arcade Curio, as our exclusive distributor, agent, employee, or authorized representative without prior written permission.

Resellers are responsible for compliance with taxes, product rules, labeling, advertising, consumer protection, and other laws applicable to their resale activities.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• Interfere with the website's operation or security;
• Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• Scrape, reproduce, or exploit store content without permission;
• Submit false reviews, misleading information, or another person's personal information; or
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

12. Intellectual Property

The Arcade Curio trade name, original store designs, product photographs, text, graphics, layout, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Shanwei Zaoqu Youth Trading Co., Ltd., unless otherwise stated. No registered-trademark symbol is claimed merely by use of the Arcade Curio name.

Third-party names, characters, logos, marks, and other protected material remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the website transfers any third-party rights to customers or resellers.

Intellectual-property complaints may be sent to arcadecurio@outlook.com with identification of the protected work, the disputed material, contact information, and supporting evidence.

13. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, image, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant, or rights-infringing.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The store may use or link to services provided by Shopify, PayPal, shipping carriers, Trustwill, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

15. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Product-safety, conformity, warranty, and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade Curio and Shanwei Zaoqu Youth Trading Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for losses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of another person's rights, or your material breach of these Terms.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered location of Shanwei Zaoqu Youth Trading Co., Ltd. in China. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over that registered location.

This provision does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or right to bring a claim in another forum that cannot legally be waived in the customer's jurisdiction.

19. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary under applicable law.

20. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
