Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy explains when and how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Arcade Curio, operated by Shanwei Zaoqu Youth Trading Co., Ltd.

Return Window

You may request an eligible return within 15 days after confirmed delivery. Before sending any product back, you must contact us at arcadecurio@outlook.com and receive return authorization. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition;
• Include its original packaging, parts, and accessories; and
• Not show signs of installation, wear, alteration, misuse, or accidental damage.

Every resin and 3D artisan product is made and finished by hand. Minor differences in color, texture, positioning, polish, or other small details are normal characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Made-to-Order Artisan Keycaps

Resin and 3D artisan keycaps are handmade to order using designs already listed in our store. We do not currently accept personalized designs or custom products outside our existing catalog.

• If production has not started, the order may be cancelled for a full refund.
• If production has started, only 50% of the product price will be refunded upon cancellation.
• After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled.
• After delivery, made-to-order products are not returnable for a change of mind, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise or where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In-Stock Order Cancellation

An in-stock product may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Because in-stock orders may be processed quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Clear photographs of the product; and
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.

After verification, we will provide a refund. If the carrier confirms that a parcel was lost in transit, we will refund the affected order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an eligible return is approved, it will be handled as a refund. You may place a new order separately.

Sale Products and Gift Cards

Approved refunds for discounted products are based on the amount actually paid by the customer. Gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Return Shipping and Original Shipping Charges

Unless a product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for an unauthorized return or a return parcel lost in transit.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 1 business day. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Incorrect Addresses, Refused Parcels, and Unclaimed Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or failure to collect it, the customer must pay the cost of reshipment.

An unclaimed or refused parcel is not automatically treated as an approved return. If the applicable return or refund request period has expired, a refund may be refused, subject to mandatory law.
