Order Processing
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1 business day.
Handmade resin keycaps and 3D keycaps require approximately 3–5 business days for production and preparation. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Standard worldwide delivery normally takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs inspections, local carrier delays, severe weather, holidays or other external circumstances.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be added to your order page after dispatch. Select the tracking link to view updates on the carrier’s website.
Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or processing charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you notice an incorrect address, contact us immediately.
If the order has not shipped, we will pause the shipment while confirming the correct address. Once the address has been confirmed and the parcel dispatched, Arcade Curio cannot guarantee address changes or intercept the package.
Additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund.
If a significant delay was caused by an error on our side, we may provide free standard shipping on a future order. Delays caused by customs, weather, local carriers or other external factors are outside our control.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please check with household members, neighbors and the local carrier before contacting us. We will assist you in requesting additional tracking information.
