Return Period
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of confirmed delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused and undamaged
- Include their original packaging
- Remain in resalable condition
- Include all original parts and accessories
Handmade variations in color, texture or small details are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
Unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Arcade Curio is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 1 business day. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the funds in your account.
Original shipping costs and customs charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect or was confirmed lost in transit.
Order Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
- In-stock orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Handmade products can receive a full refund if production has not started.
- If production has already started, only 50% of the product price can be refunded.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
